Top notch professionalism and care I wanted a specific build of my vehicle and Hampton delivered by locating one for me from other dealerships. They answered my questions and provided pointers about my vehicle without ever seeming to be bothered. More recently I took my vehicle there to be detailed. Again the service was amazing with a personal touch. I had a good one-on-one with a service tech. I only have one concern worth mentioning. I spoke with my sales person and told him I'd get back to him when I knew what my vehicle's build. When I called back, I used the main line and they said he was with another customer. I left my name and number but never got a call back. After a couple of days, I decided to call another dealership who was ready to sell me the vehicle I wanted. But I really liked the sales people at Hampton. So I called again and sure enough the same person who answers the main line said the same thing, he's with another customer. So I asked for any sales person at this point and spoke with Justin (I think). I then went to the dealership and started the process of getting my vehicle. Come to find out, my sales person was not there at all. I honestly believe the main line's required answer is "he/she is with a customer right now" which is very misleading. By the end of the purchase, my original sales person arrived and he didn't seem pleased that another sales person had to handle my sale. I told him I tried to call him several times and even showed him my phone log. I told him about the main line's auto-response for future reference. I know these people work on commission and it bites when they have to share a commission. But I wanted my vehicle -- but I also told Justin who my original sales person was so they would get something out of it. More

Hmmmm.... very confusing. And not very good. I didn't go through "Internet Sales". I never met Russell. I'm not sure why I got this email. But now that I get a chance to give feedback here it is. I was told very clearly by my sales rep in 2015 that at the end of my 3 year lease I could purchase my vehicle at new car interest rates. That was a significant factor in my doing the lease with Hampton. That is not true. I went in last week to purchase my Highlander. I got used car rates based on my vehicles age and mileage. My recommendation to everyone - get it in writing! The finance guy - Charles Boatman was great though. More

Scott Brougher, the salesperson I dealt with made my decision a lot easier. He wasn't pushy, asked me why I wanted to trade my RAV4 . He listened to me and explained everything I needed to know about the truck, trade-in value and the financing info before I made my decision. Overall, Scott did a great job and I would highly recommend him to my friends. More
