We were in and out in less than 1/2 hour. Premium service all around. They have a great system that works. We did a half hour walk around the property and the car was done when we returned. So far so good. Josh was prompt and responsive to all my questions and requests while demonstrating a willingness to work with me to get me into a new Tundra. I sp Josh was prompt and responsive to all my questions and requests while demonstrating a willingness to work with me to get me into a new Tundra. I spent pretty much an entire afternoon at the dealership while waiting to meet another personal commitment I had later in the day. Josh was efficient as he worked to put our our deal together, and then made sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable before dealing with other customers. He would stop by when had a chance to check in with me to see that everything was okay or just chat. He is a high energy guy but not a high pressure salesman which made it a good experience. I met Dennis from the Finance Department when I came in to pick up the truck. He was friendly, efficient and professional in performing his job. I dinged the dealership one star because of a delay between the transition from Sales to Finance during our pick up of the vehicle. Not sure what caused the delay but my wife and I had scheduled and confirmed the meeting, we were on time, had provided all the requested information and explained in advance that we were on a tight schedule. Not sure what caused the delay but we sat for an hour waiting to meet with Finance. Feedback is a gift and the is always something to improve on More
