He too was a very nice fellow. He was very organized, efficient and took the time to know our past history with the dealership prior to us meeting with him. Monday morning - FIRST THING - we received a call from Katrina at Handy Toyota. Within the hour we had a you tube of Katrina showing us a 2020 Tacoma pickup that she thought we would like. We drove to St. Albans that afternoon, met Katrina, test drove the truck then sat down for numbers. We said we were tired of the dickering game - give us the best bottom line price you can - and SHE DID !! We signed that night. Since then the service people and other location staff have been super friendly and helpful to us. We're glad we stopped to take a breath and in doing so met Handy Toyota. We have already decided that when it comes time for my wife to replace her current car - Handy is the first place we are going. More
