Only 2 lease payments left on our Venza which the Mrs. really loved, so wondering which 'replacement' vehicle might fit our needs, we decided to go kick the tires in the show room and within minutes we were working with Zak to scope things out. He drew up a 'good number' for us and quickly, quietly, and efficiently guided us and 'our cars' through the 'exchange' process. Smooth! Jaime made the finance process a breeze, and when we were done, Zak had already transferred the plates and our belongings to the new vehicle. It was a Saturday, and the dealership was quite busy, and we were back on the road in just 3 short hours. Just great customer service all around!!
