Not being from St Albans, (I live in New York), Jon and Adam set the rig aside for me and assured me that nobody would have access to it. They took it off the lot, as during a motorcycle ride that Sunday, I stopped to show it to my people and couldn't find it! Jon had taken it out of the sales area. Things like this set a dealership apart and make you feel as if they care about you and your concerns. Throughout the sale I was accommodated and treated with respect. You really can't ask for more. I walked into Handy's not even sure I was going to purchase; they were able to work with us to get my car paid off and out the door within a few hours. They explained the process every step of the way and Tom (Young) worked hard to make sure we understood every step. Thank You Handy's, had a negative with your "sister company" (Chevy) years ago and you moved mountains to ensure that this situation was amazing. My husband & I agreed that we will be back. Outstanding purchase I traded a few emails with JT and we worked out a preliminary deal. I drove 2 hours to the dealership. When I got there JT was at the door.
