I am writing this review to acknowledge the exemplary job done by Jesse Turner in selling us our new RAV4. All interactions were online/over the phone with Jesse until the day we picked up the car. He advised on aspects of selling my own car. He answered all our questions before the new car arrived in a timely manner. In all our interactions with Jesse, he was polite, professional, patient, and without pressure. His manner fostered trust and positivity with the process. Even after we purchased the vehicle, Jesse took the time to go above and beyond to rectify an issue to make sure we were totally satisfied with the purchase. We have purchased many vehicles over our lifetime and interacting with salesmen of his caliber are rare. We would say he's a valuable asset to Handy Toyota.
