I was told a routine maintenance appoint would take 2 hours....3 hours later I saw my car, done, in the parking lot. No one came to get me so I went to the service desk. The employee said he'd be with hours....3 hours later I saw my car, done, in the parking lot. No one came to get me so I went to the service desk. The employee said he'd be with me soon. Nothing. I went back 20 minutes later and said I could see my car and I'd like to go. He finally helped me but why did I have to keep seeking him out? Frustrating. More

Dealership performed work as expected. When I picked up wasn’t given any info about the recalls and what specifically was done in regard to the recalls just that they did them and that was When I picked up wasn’t given any info about the recalls and what specifically was done in regard to the recalls just that they did them and that was it. Not sure if it was just an inspection and it was fine or if they actually had to take any corrective actions in regard to the recalls. I did pick up from a different Srvice Advisor however. They were nice enough to pick me up from home as the vehicle was done later than discussed. More

This was the second car we bought at Handy Toyota in about 5 years. In a transportation pinch, Handy found a vehicle that met our needs and wants. They completed the sale efficiently. Cody in sales followed up afterwards to ask if we had any questions. Dealership pricing on new vehicles seems opaque. It can be difficult to determine price competitiveness among the models, new and used, that I believed might meet our needs, especially in a tight market. All in all, I feel the purchase process was fair and pretty simple. More
