William was easy to work with, but the "solution" to my new tires leaking air and needing refills every 10-14 days was not efficient or effective. I was charged more than my quoted price, was there for over four hours, and left with the air pressure sensor not working in my vehicle, despite choosing the most expensive solution to fix the initial problem. So I ended up paying 2.5 times the quoted price for the insertion of rubber autel sensors because I wanted the assurance of the tire pressure sensor working in my vehicle. Despite choosing the installation of the more expensive Autel 1 Metal Sensors, and it doesn't work. And William addressed that and told me let you folks know if the light doesn't work after 50+ miles (which it doesn't) and you'll take another look at it, but that means another trip to St. Albans and more hours spent in your waiting room. This doesn't seem right, after having been there for four plus hours on Monday afternoon to have pins inserted that don't sync with the car's system. Had I known this, I would have surely gone with the cheaper option. I am disappointed in this visit (not due to William's assistance), and feel like I was not treated honestly or effectively. More

I don't trust them. I suspect they got my 2022 car in for routine covered maintenance and then invented things that needed repair. They even tried to get me to do an alignment when they aligned the same car a week ago. Next time I think I'll have them do the required maintenance, make a list of all the work they say needs to do be done, and take it for a second opinion with someone I trust. I see there are no other comment blocks, so I'll add that Naim, while dotting all his customer service i's and crossing his t's, seems to be the one pulling the wool over customers' eyes and being less than honest. He reminded me exacty of Nathan Shelley on Ted Lasso. He comes across as "only here to help," but is in reality fleecing customers and is dishonest and untrustworthy. More
