I never met Ethan unless he is the service manager. I bought a used Tundra that had never been truly vetted by Handy's and it had rat's nests impacting the wire harness. Initially Handy's said it was my problem but eventually serviced it, but it took two missed days of work and was I charged for the initial diagnosis. I would never buy from them again.. More

Disappointed that steering alignment does not automatically include toe alignment. This is a small complaint. This service appt went very well meaning it was uneventful. The only very slight dilemma I had was the use of a coupon that came from the service dept. The service mgr had to get involved which uneventful. The only very slight dilemma I had was the use of a coupon that came from the service dept. The service mgr had to get involved which was odd but in the end they honored it. William checked me in and Naim checked me out. Both were very courteous and respectful. Received a call when service was done and car was waiting for me when I got back to the dealership. Like I said, everything went off like clock work. Have driven the car for about 100 miles and all is still good. Nicely done. One recommendation I would have is providing estimated pricing on the service paperwork before you sign. I myself knew the work being done on my car was going to be pricey and I had a ball park figure in mind. I could see where some might be surprised. It would be good if they could get you an estimated cost before having to sign the service request. More

I have appreciated Handys Service Centers , but Ill avoid the downtown location. Other locations have a bay you drive into and staff meet you there, this location was a bit confusing on how to access it for the downtown location. Other locations have a bay you drive into and staff meet you there, this location was a bit confusing on how to access it for a first timer here. No clear directions on what to do once you entered the parking lot. Totally my fault I didn't have the lug key for a Prius but I was a little surprised a Toyota dealer and service center didn't have a kit to use for airheads like me that forget it. I was also a little bummed there was no coffee in the waiting area, its a small thing but the other Handys service centers I've used it is a nice comfort. Ill use other Handys locations, just not this one. More
