Disappointed. Brought vehicle in for oil change. Had to go back because computer was not reset. Maintenance Needed reminder would not go away. Could not see info o Brought vehicle in for oil change. Had to go back because computer was not reset. Maintenance Needed reminder would not go away. Could not see info on screen until this was reset. Brought back to have this fixed. It’s fixed, but now the speedometer is showing in km instead of miles. Need to return to dealership again to get this fixed. This is not the first time this has happened. Would expect some quality control to check that everything is correct. More

I had my oil changed today in my 2019 Highlander. I was pleased with Alan Brown in the service department. He pleasantly greeted me and came and got me when my vehicle was ready.
