What a great team Handy Toyota has, period! Went in for an oil change, 3 hours later we drove home in a new Highlander! Our story: Had an appointment for an oil change. Only 2 lease payments Went in for an oil change, 3 hours later we drove home in a new Highlander! Our story: Had an appointment for an oil change. Only 2 lease payments left on our Venza which the Mrs. really loved, so wondering which 'replacement' vehicle might fit our needs, we decided to go kick the tires in the show room and within minutes we were working with Zak to scope things out. He drew up a 'good number' for us and quickly, quietly, and efficiently guided us and 'our cars' through the 'exchange' process. Smooth! Jaime made the finance process a breeze, and when we were done, Zak had already transferred the plates and our belongings to the new vehicle. It was a Saturday, and the dealership was quite busy, and we were back on the road in just 3 short hours. Just great customer service all around!! This is our 4th Toyota with Handy, we've been with them for 9 years now and each has been a exceptionally pleasant car-buying experience. Great service team as well. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Perfect place for an easy change I didn't know I'd be changing cars last Tuesday but when it turned out to be the expedient thing to do I knew there would be no problems. Even though I was a little disappointed that Ali was away on vacation, it gave me the opportunity to meet Wade and Reg. I bought my last two RAV's from Ali and always wanted to deal with him, but found Wade and Reg just as friendly, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Based on 21 years of sticking with them, I feel my trust in Handy Toyota sales and service to be well placed. Since that first RAV in 1995 I have never thought of going anywhere else for car needs. SERVICE DEPARTMENT - AWFUL Brought my vehicle in for a Toyota recall. Three days later my car was ready. Picked up my car and was broken down on the side of the road just feet Brought my vehicle in for a Toyota recall. Three days later my car was ready. Picked up my car and was broken down on the side of the road just feet from the dealership. Service department said "oh yes we saw that problem when we test drove it after the recall work" however FAILED to tell me. It gets worse - they say it is my problem to the tune of $2,500!!! My car was PERFECT when I dropped it off. The only thing they fall back on is saying it is due to the miles I have on my car. SHAME ON YOU Handy's - you should have more faith in the vehicles you sell. I'm sick over what you did - you allowed me to take my car that is UNSAFE to drive. No care whatsoever in the customer. More

Service experience was excellent I have a Toyota Prius and my hybrid battery was failing. I called for an appointment and was lucky enough to speak with Nate Richard. He was very reassuring and made me feel at ease with something so major going wrong with my vehicle. Because the battery needed to be ordered and would take a day to install (3-4 days) meant I would be without a car. Nate made sure I had a vehicle in the interim so I could get to work in Burlington. I also commend Nate in his efficiency. He had everything ready for me when I came into the service department each time. His customer service is outstanding. On another note I found the Service Department clean and bright, and if I had to wait the area to sit is also very nice. More

Check-in was quick and painless and Kyle was great in explaining everything to us. Nate in service was also great with us and was honest in letting us know other minor repairs they found my car needed. Despite having to wait an extra couple of hours than expected, Nate was great in continuously updating my Dad and I on the status of my vehicle. I have been thus far very satisfied with Handy Toyota, thank you all for being outstanding and meeting my needs. More
