Service experience was excellent I have a Toyota Prius and my hybrid battery was failing. I called for an appointment and was lucky enough to speak with Nate Richard. He was very reassuring and made me feel at ease with something so major going wrong with my vehicle. Because the battery needed to be ordered and would take a day to install (3-4 days) meant I would be without a car. Nate made sure I had a vehicle in the interim so I could get to work in Burlington. I also commend Nate in his efficiency. He had everything ready for me when I came into the service department each time. His customer service is outstanding. On another note I found the Service Department clean and bright, and if I had to wait the area to sit is also very nice. More

Nate in service was also great with us and was honest in letting us know other minor repairs they found my car needed. Despite having to wait an extra couple of hours than expected, Nate was great in continuously updating my Dad and I on the status of my vehicle.
