Disappointed, had a oil change & had oil dripping on my driveway the next day. I had my truck cleaned & washed before bring it to the dealership, they ran it threw the wash & had water spots everywhere, I driveway the next day. I had my truck cleaned & washed before bring it to the dealership, they ran it threw the wash & had water spots everywhere, I waited 15 minutes after seeing my truck outside, no text or call to let me know it was ready, kind of a wasted day for me, not happy with the service. 1st time having my car serviced with Hansen. Service was fast, people were great. Other dealerships I’ve bought from would wash and vacuum the car when I took it in. I guess I just assumed this was part of fast, people were great. Other dealerships I’ve bought from would wash and vacuum the car when I took it in. I love Hansen’s and will continue to use them for now but this is the second time I’ve had an oil leak after getting my oil changed. The mess in my driveway is enough to make me sick.
