Nice people, but not very affordable. More

Repaired 30K in water damaged cars Cody in service is the SHIZZ!!! I have worked with tons of new,used and independent auto dealers over the years. I run my own RV service department. Cody in service is the SHIZZ!!! I have worked with tons of new,used and independent auto dealers over the years. I run my own RV service department. I know the challenges!! WORST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER Let’s talk about the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life. Not only did they hold my vehicle for over a week Let’s talk about the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life. Not only did they hold my vehicle for over a week without any updates, every time I called (2 times a day) they said they would call me back AND THEY NEVER DID. then when I was upset and said a bad word they asked me not to be foul then dropped a swear word in the next sentence. Save your money and stay as far away from this atrocious company as you possibly can. Also they didn’t even fix my car! More

He was very knowledgeable about the Yakima brand and products and even helped me out b I had a great experience working with Cameron at Hansen Motors. He was very knowledgeable about the Yakima brand and products and even helped me out by installing it and showing me how to use the different features of the Skybox. Hansen Motors Great Service My vehicle is a 2010 Tahoe LT. I brought it in for an oil change and to have 4 new tires mounted. The Service manager greeted me by name. My Salesm My vehicle is a 2010 Tahoe LT. I brought it in for an oil change and to have 4 new tires mounted. The Service manager greeted me by name. My Salesmen Art Petersen came out and personally welcomed me to the shop. The service was excellent, the tires are great and I am very pleased with the attention and service I received at Hansen Motors.
