They took the truck thru the car wash and broke the cover covering the truck bed. They said they would fix it and they did even better. They put a brand new cover on that was better than the one originally on the truck. Very impressed. More

They are always up front with needed repairs and do not try to push anything on us. We have also recently used their detailing service for 3 of our vehicles. Boy was it nice to be in a new smelling and looking car again. This service is reasonably priced with other local shops in the area and you get the type of service as with their service department. Cant wait until we need to purchase another new vehicle, we will definitely be here!! More

Exceptional Customer Service I had bought my previous car from this dealership in 2009. It ran like a charm right up to today. I decided to purchase another car from them and, again, received outstanding customer service from Bill and Dan. Bill went through every aspect of the 2016 Ford Focus I was buying. He was so pleasant and had the patience of a saint explaining everything to me regarding my new car. He even put in my new floor mats for me!!! Everyone at Harbro treats you like you're their best friend. I always get my car serviced there and they act the same way. I would recommend Harbro to anyone. Needing a new car a This is my second time buying from Harbro. My wife and I both purchased vehicles 5 years ago and we both had a great experience. Needing a new car again l came back to Harbro. Again they had the exact car I was looking for at a good price but this time the experience was even better. I had to do nothing but sign and drive away. Harbro did everything for me from getting the loan at my bank to informing my insurance company to registering the car - I had to do nothing! I highly recommend this dealer next time you are looking for a vehicle. More
