Two hours after leaving the lot I got a call on my phone saying that he found one and it was going to arrive early the following week. Once it arrived, it was one stop shopping with registration ready to go. The detailing job was meticulous and any issues were dealt with before I saw it (tires, few touch up spots). Mike found the best rate available too after out previously discussed option raised their rate. More

I've had terrible experiences at many local New Car Dealerships that I was scared to try a Used Car Dealership. Harbro in Webster was highly recommended by a good friend of mine and I trust his word. So, I stopped in and spoke with DJ who was very professional, polite, not pushy at all (like most salesman). We spoke about what I was looking for as well as my budget. It was a very tough request to say the least. I met Dave and we sat down to discuss my options. They were very honest and to the point (no games here), I liked that. I test drove a couple of vehicles, did not care for them and I really didn't want to "settle" for just anything. I needed a specific vehicle type because I have horses. Dave & DJ completely understood, and promised me they would keep looking but warned me that I may not find what I am looking for in my budget. A couple of days later, I received a text with a photo of the exact truck I wanted, in my price range, with bank approval!!! I just couldn't believe it! I had been searching for this same truck for about a month and everything I came across had almost 200,000 miles and was about $2,000 more in price! It was just amazing. They worked so hard to get this deal done for me. We ran into a little delay with the title, no fault of theirs, but they stayed on it and pushed and I took delivery on Monday night. I absolutely love the new truck! My vehicle of choice was a Honda Ridgeline and I don't regret it one bit. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Harbro in Webster and I couldn't be happier. Thank you to Dave, DJ, and all the guys involved in getting this truck delivered to me. I am one very happy customer!! More

AWESOME customer service! I went to Harbro after seeing online that they had a truck I was interested in. I test drove the truck and liked it, but it wasn't the "one." The next I went to Harbro after seeing online that they had a truck I was interested in. I test drove the truck and liked it, but it wasn't the "one." The next day the dealer had sold it but told me about another truck they had gotten in that same day. It was a bit out of my price range but I fell in love with it and they worked with me to make my payments doable and for me to actually start driving the truck a couple days after they had initially told me about it. After some running around, Dave was able to get me my new plates and away I went in my new truck! I valued how quickly he was able to get everything done for me as my previous truck had broken down on me the week before and I was left without a vehicle. I would definitely recommend these guys to a friend! More
