OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I called Amy & Bob in a panic when my Jeep died @ a traffic light in Franklin. Amy allowed me to vent my frustrations without taking offense and help I called Amy & Bob in a panic when my Jeep died @ a traffic light in Franklin. Amy allowed me to vent my frustrations without taking offense and helped reassure me that my Jeep would be taken care of when it arrived at Harbro. Bob made sure that my Jeep was a top priority when it arrived at the Service Department and repaired & replaced my alternator and I had my Jeep back in a few hours. Heather made sure when I arrived there was a rent a car available for me. SHOUT OUT & GIVE EVERYONE APPLAUSE FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER!!!! More

Immediate service needed My car was making a horrible noise from the rear axle so I called Harbro in Whitinsville at 8:00AM. Amy listened to me try and mimic the sounds it wa My car was making a horrible noise from the rear axle so I called Harbro in Whitinsville at 8:00AM. Amy listened to me try and mimic the sounds it was making over the phone and practically diagnosed the issue right there. She then said she could take me in the same day!! Amy called me mid-afternoon reviewed the issues and asked if the price was ok before they started the work. GREAT FOLLOW UP! Amy also pointed out that my car was due for an oil change and that my engine light was on due to a bad gas cap which could be fixed for like $5. In short, Harbro gave me a same day appointment, fixed all my problems, gave great customer service, and I got my car back the same day. Why would you go anywhere else? Thanks! More

I love my truck! I had been looking to buy an used Ford F-150 truck for several months and Harbro had been looking after my needs and interests, and finaly managed to I had been looking to buy an used Ford F-150 truck for several months and Harbro had been looking after my needs and interests, and finaly managed to find me the PERFECT truck with all the amenities I wanted at a great price! They took my two high-mileage "money pit" SUV's at a decent trade, attached a four year warranty to my truck, got me a wonderful finance rate, and I was on my way! They noticed one more repair that was needed on my driver's power seat control and have ordered the part to be put in ASAP. I had a totally relaxed and enjoyable experience at Harbro, and highly recommend you talk to Dave Malo, in sales, as he was totally knowledgeable, but if there was ever anything he didn't know, he was quick to find out the answer. You won't regret dealing with Harbro! I love my truck! More
