Once the deal was done Dan was more than accommodating since we live out of state and have an infant son. Dan and Lou worked together to have the car delivered to us as soon as possible. Dependable Customer Service I have been coming to Harbro for service for awhile now and needed tires before going on vacation and of course waited last minute. I called and spoke I have been coming to Harbro for service for awhile now and needed tires before going on vacation and of course waited last minute. I called and spoke to Amy and she helped me out a lot. She took the time to tell me over the phone where I could find my tire size and info so that she could order me new tires and be able to install them the next day. I felt she went beyond the call of duty to help me out in a pinch, because of this I could enjoy my vacation that much more. Thank you! More

I sent the following reply to his email, but wanted to put it on here as a positive review. MY email TO Mike and Dan read--"Not to sound sappy, but I am thanking YOU! I would not have had the resources or ability to coordinate the financing the way that you did for my particular situation, never mind have it a done deal only 5 days after coming in to the dealership!! One of those 'big lots' dealers would have eaten me alive! I additionally appreciate how you understood my frustration with issues that arose with the Jeep over the 3 years that I had it. You have proven beyond your own slogans that you are all about the customer and making the often times stressful process of buying a car go extremely smooth. A shout out to your new guy Dan.
