They did it again! If you're in the market for a used car you must give Harbro a shot! This was my second experience with them. I enjoyed the first purchase so much that I had to come back. I called up Mike and told him exactly what I was looking for. Within a few days he called me to tell me he had found my next truck. He never bothered me with similar vehicles or colors that I didn't want. I've dealt with other dealerships who are just trying to sell you a car, they don't care about what you want. This is not the case with Harbro! I told Mike what I was looking to spend and where I wanted my payments to be. He managed to get me a beautiful truck right where I wanted my payments to be. I can't say enough good things about this dealership! I had aftermarket lighting in my previous vehicle and the guys at Harbro allowed me to pick up my new vehicle and then they delivered my old truck to my light installer to get the lights swapped out! They really go above and beyond for their customers! I will likely be back in a few years for my next vehicle! More

From the way they handled explaining the features of a car to staying within my price limit. They really take all of the hard work out of buying a car and make it look so easy. They helped me get approved for a loan with bad credit by going through every channel at their disposal. They got me into a 2012 ford fiesta and I honestly couldn't have left any happier. The ad on cars.com said to call the dealership for a price. {Should have known better when it says that} I called HARBRO and spoke to salesperson "Rick Gaudreau" he stated to me the price was $15995.00 I stated to him I would be at his dealership in less than 2 hours. I checked out the truck test drove it and decided I was going to purchase it. I sat down with Rick and filled out the application, at the end of our meeting, TRicky Ricky then stated to me that the price was $17.500, I argued with him and he stated he could drop the price to $17.000... Promised me he would keep my payments down I left a $300.00 security deposit for the vehicle... OH Well another one will have to due. I plan on going to HARBRO tomorrow 7/20/2015 and getting my $300.00 back, I due have a receipt, can't wait to see what kind of "STUNT" this dealership pulls tomorrow when I demand my money back. More
