Within a week he had found me the exact Escalade with every option I wanted & interior/exterior color. The truck looks & feels brand new. truck repair Everyone was very courteous. My truck has had an engine light on for 2 years, which was intermittent and seemed unsolvable; however these guys stuck Everyone was very courteous. The light is out and my truck should finally pass inspection. Compliments to the staff from the service department to the rental car department. The place was clean and organized and people were very friendly. I would with out a doubt recommend this business to anyone who needs a great service performed on their vehicle. More

Jeremy King was my salesman and he’s great: a friendly, smart, funny, NPR loving, movie quoting, down-to-earth normal human being. I started off by saying “Here’s my story” and he listened to me, got what I was after, and never tried to steer me toward something else. Jeremy made car buying not just easy, but enjoyable. I live in Boston and there are, I don’t know, a bazillion car dealerships between my house and Harbro. So why do I travel 44 miles to buy my cars from Harbro? HONESTY. They’re honest, decent people and nothing is more important than that. Are you going to get a car at Harbro that’s thousands of dollars below NADA or Kelley Blue Book retail value? No. But you’re going to get a car you can trust and you’ll get it at a fair price. Seriously, don’t go get ripped off by some slick sleazeball at a shady dealership. So happy I stayed away from big volume dealership where I am a dime a dozen and supported a local business where you could feel the appreciation for stopping in right away. My GMC Terrain is in excellent condition and I'm proud to have the Harbro logo on my SUV. If you are looking for a used car, this place should be your first stop!! The experience, hands down, could not have been any better! Not to mention, how often do you find the owner of the business on his hands and knees working on a customers car?
