We had a very specific minivan in mind this time around as we wanted one with the all wheel drive feature. Mike Hare was excellent to work with. He took the time to find us an all wheel drive Toyota Sienna in the new body style, in a color to complement our UniBank logo, and with low miles. The personalized service at Harbro can't be beat. Mike truely had the best interest of the Bank in mind when finding us this vehicle and we couldn't be happier! More

Best car-buying experience I have had This was a better experience than I thought was possible in buying a car. This place was recommended by a friend and I can understand why. There is no high-pressure sales here, just a friendly and welcoming attitude. The sales people were accommodating and answered all my questions honestly. The car was clean and ready when I picked it up. As this was a used car, they performed all the "fix-ups" necessary before I picked up the car. I highly recommend this place. More

At Harbro they really strive to KNOW their customers!!! I went in for service on my 2005 Honda Accord, originally purchased at Harbro. While waiting I was walking around the lot, I had been considering a ne I went in for service on my 2005 Honda Accord, originally purchased at Harbro. While waiting I was walking around the lot, I had been considering a new car for a while. Jeremy came over and introduced himself. I explained I was only there for service but had been toying with the idea of a different car for a while. He really listened to what I liked and pointed me in the direction of a real beauty! Not that much newer than what I already had but so me. Next thing I knew I was out on a drive... and LOVED it... ! We discussed price and trade in ... but overnight I reluctantly decided against the car ... the following day Jeremy called to discuss why I had decided not to get the car, I had obviously loved it ... I explained my concern about the amount given for my trade and the idea of having a loan on an older vehicle. He and the management team at Harbro really worked with me to get the deal to where I felt comfortable! The following day, I signed the papers and drove off the lot in a car that is TOTALLY ME!!! Yes she's a bit of a luxury but it's a car I have always wanted... Thank you Harbro - Thank you Jeremy -- Knowing that I am dealing with a company that values their customers and values their reputation gave me the confidence to GO FOR IT... I am VERY HAPPY !! The Harbro experience was exactly what was presented on Day one. Mike listened to our needs, helped us figure out what type of car best suited us and then found the exact car to make it a successful purcha Day one.
