I drove into Harbor in Whitinsville looking for an oil change and even though they don't normally take drive ins they were quick to help me. When I walked up I was promptly greeted with a smile and friend change and even though they don't normally take drive ins they were quick to help me. When I walked up I was promptly greeted with a smile and friendly demeanor by Jeremy. He was very pleasant and up beat and when I told him what I was looking for he personally escorted me to the service department seeming genuinely happy to do so. At service he set me up with Devin who was also very friendly and pleasant and quick to set up my oil change. Eric Stump ended up doing the work for me and he was fast, efficient and did an awesome job. I was in retail management for many years so I can be a hard customer service sell but I was very happy with the overwhelmingly positive experience provided by Jeremy, Devin, and the team in Whitinsville. Despite Harbro being a little out of my way, I plan on going back for future service and oil changes because of how well they treated me and whenever it is I end up looking for a new car I know I will definitely be calling Jeremy. Harbro has been the dealership that my family , relatives and freinds have bought cars from for quite a few years now. They are very freindly and are not pushy like most other dealers. They surched for the exact vehicle that i asked for them to find for me. I was very pleased how quickly they found one and the deal they gave me was almost $1800 less than i expected. Great experience for the unfortunate event of my Jeep needing a new transmission. A different mechanic first diagnosed front and back wheel bearings with a hole in front exhaust. Harbro correctly diagnosed the transmission, ruled out the bearings and exhaust and suggested I get a second opinion as this is an expensive repair. A transmission specialist confirmed the Harbro diagnosis. They provided a rental car at reduced rate during the repair and were even good enough to swap out the rental car at my place of work. They stayed within the quoted estimate, and were open till 8 pm at night so I did not have to take time off work to pick up the vehicle. It is so wonderful to find Honest skilled mechanics who are pleasant , friendly, and dependable. The Jeep is running smoothly with a 1000,000 mile warranty on the new transmission. Rest assured all my future car repair issues will be with Harbro and I will recommend them to all my friends. My thanks to all the other helpful friendly employees in the rental department. Everyone made me feel comfortable during the process and created a very trusting environment. And they all display an attitude of really enjoying their work, not just treating me as "just another customer." This is the way to run a business!! More

After my experience with Harbro I would not choose another dealership to buy from or bring my lovely new car to. Easy to work with, and a stress free environment. Jeremy was great to work with, very humble person and you can tell that he loves what he does. Jeremy made sure that I had all of the accommodations that I wanted. One of my favorite little things that they do is the "selling binder" this binder has a congratulatory paper on the front with a picture of the car and your name, every single paper inside is everything that you need to know about the car when you go to resell it or trade it in. Along with those papers are some coupons for local businesses which shows that they support other locals. The extended warranty package is SO WORTH IT! Free oil changes? What gets better than that? My car is being covered bumper to bumper so i know that they will take care of me when something goes wrong. A BIG thanks to the Harbro team, especially Jeremy! :) More
