We had an unexpected problem with the strap on the gas tank on a Friday morning. Even though they were very busy, they were able to get the part from Toyota and get us back in that afternoon. I brought my car into service without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It was obvious the team was very busy that day but they asked me to give them 5 minutes to talk it over and see if t an oil change and tire rotation. Within a few minutes they were back and said they would take my car in so I wouldn't have to come back another day. The customer service I experienced that day was exceptional!! I have always HATED the car buying experience: the back and forth haggling, high pressure sales pitches and always feeling that I was not getting a fair price (even when I know I did). Not at Harbro. The moment I walked onto the lot, I was treated with respect.
