I phoned the service guys at 7:55 am on a Saturday morning and asked if they could do me a big favor. I told them I was on my way out of town for a few days vacation but feared I had something in one morning and asked if they could do me a big favor. I asked them if they could please take a look at it and repair it if necessary. They said bring it right in and they would take care of it.
