Saw a car on their website on a Thursday. Tony called me that afternoon and we set up an appointment to test drive the car. In the mean time i gave Tony my information to start the buying process. Tony already had approval from the bank. Picked the car up on Monday. Not only did Tony go thru the car before i picked it up but found the brakes and rotors neded replacement. Harbro replaced the brakes and rotors before i picked it up. Completly impressed with that. Tony was a pleasure to work with and made the process so easy and pressure free. What a wonderful experience to have with a car dealership. Will make all my future car purchases thru Tony and Harbro. Scott More

I had shopped them against a huge dealership ( Imperial Cars )thinking I'd give Harbro a try , but they probaly can't compete. I was totally wrong ! Their staff is friendly and professional. When I picked it up, it was ready and all my docs and paperwork along with complimentary coupons and my spare keys were given to me in a very nice binder with a great picture on the cover of my newly aqquired vehicle ! I recently sold my car to Harbro Sales. I never knew dealing with a used car dealership could be such a pleasure. Yes, I said pleasure! I had posted my like-new Toyota RAV4 on Craig's List and had gotte dealing with a used car dealership could be such a pleasure. Yes, I said pleasure! I had posted my like-new Toyota RAV4 on Craig's List and had gotten so many lowball offers I was about ready to give up. I even tried to sell it back to Toyota and they basically asked me to pay them to take it. Then Tim Hare called me. Long story short, we agreed on a price that made us both happy. Tim handled every bit of paperwork we needed to complete the transaction AND sent someone from Harbro to my home to get the car... and I live in New Hampshire! He also helped me out with a last minute repair the car needed at no cost to me. He made it all so easy and I felt GOOD at the end of the transaction - not like I'd just been raked over the coals.
