The staff at Harbro is AWESOME!!! Eddie is so attentive with my emails and is very prompt with service. I brought my ford f-150 in for repair and Dan and Ed were very helpful. Dan checked it out and found the problem, he even took the time to completely explain what was wrong and what he needed to repair. They very helpful. I am normally worried when entering a repair facility because I do not know much about cars. All I knew is my moms vehicle had issues. I took it to Harbro and right away Eddie, John, and Dan assured me because I do not know much about cars. All I knew is my moms vehicle had issues. The vehicle needed a lot of work but they walked me through every single step explaining what the car needed and how much it would be. We have purchased two vehicles from Harbro over the years and have been using their service department for the past 12 years or so. I would not feel comfortable bringing my vehicles any where else. "Time to start looking for a replacement Pilot for the one we purchased in 2005". Within minutes option 1 popped up, unfortunately for Dave we were not 100% sold on this vehicle. With in hours Dave had found exactlly what we were looking for. We have only bought vehicles off the lot previously and were a little reluctant getting one that was coming in. However our past experience with Harbro and Dave's assurance gauranteed us a restfull sleep that it would be all they said it would and would stand behind it. Now the fun part, not being able to get us the vehicle in a timely fashion via shipper, Dave drove to pick the vehicle up in person on his day off. This also gave us more comfort of there not being any issues with the vehicle. We had the vehicle two days later, full service work up and complete detail! Way above and beyond the definition of customer service! Can't wait to buy my next car! More
I went in for an oil change, and my car was taken in instantly. There was a nice place to sit and wait for it to be finished. They had coffee and water available. I ended up bringing my mothers truck for an oil change there as well the next week, without an appointment and they told me that they needed me to come back, and when I came back they immediately took her truck in and was done in 25 minutes. I will bring my car back there for any problems that might occur in the future without hesitation. More
I came to Harbro just as a first time car buying looker and left an extremely happy first time car owner. I dealt with Dave Malo mostly, and he was absolutely wonderful! He was really great to me and treated me exactly how I wanted to be treated, like a valued customer who mattered, regardless of it being my first time buying. He was very helpful in showing me the exact car that fit my needs and budget while still meeting all of the materialistic factors I was looking for in a car (milage, style etc.). Mike Hare gave me a great personal testimony of my new 2008 Smart Passion Cabriolet, which made me look at the car in a very positive light. My opinion matched his, I completely agreed with how fun the car was to drive and how it felt exactly like driving a "normal sized" car. Chris helped me with some financing and number crunching. Mark was awesome with letting me know all of the tech specs of my car (which my mom had insisted on knowing herself as well) like where my fluids were, the battery etc. and how to get to all of those compartments in the Smart. Dave I dealt with most, and like I said he was just amazing. He was so nice and so helpful with getting me the best deal price wise and also the best deal with the loan. He worked really hard and was very dedicated to me as a customer. He even gave me advice on who to go through for insurance since the insurance company I was going to go through gave me a very high rate. He suggested Geico and explained that he also has his own policy with them. He was right again, Geico gave me an awesome deal! Seeing that he was a customer of the company as well made me trust it even more. Literally, words can't even explain how helpful and patient he was with this sale. Harbro also has great perks for their customers even after they've become car owners and this made me feel even more valued. They don't just sell you the car, off you go and they never see you again. They want to keep in touch and give you the best! I'd like to thank everyone who helped me, you guys made this a great, fun, and painless experience! I am completely in love with my new to me 2008 Smart Passion Cabriolet! More
I recently bought a used car from Harbro and it was giving me some trouble after a Month and a Half. I right away called Harbro and they were very helpful, called a tow truck and gave me a rental car giving me some trouble after a Month and a Half. I went back got my car and days later another problem came up. I right away called Harbro again and they gladly took my car and had another rental ready for me! The staff is very helpful and understanding. I am very happy with the efforts the mechanics put in to try to fix my car in a timely manner. I thank Mark and Chris for all their help! More
