I do not like to do surveys or reviews so I normally avoid them. However, when you receive excellent care and attention when and where is it seems to never happen, I am more than happy to put in my 2 c avoid them. "Used car dealer" is almost synonymous with "liar" these days, so it's really refreshing to find an honest one. I had a few day's left on my warranty,(3), and my brakes started acting up. No big safety concern at the time but could become so in the winter on slippery roads. My 2004 Ranger has a 4 wheel ABS system and started acting up. No big safety concern at the time but could become so in the winter on slippery roads. My 2004 Ranger has a 4 wheel ABS system and the front wheel sensors were not sensing correctly. Dan Plasse took a ride with me and confirmed the sensors were bad. Went into the office and talked to one of the owners, forget which first name. He looked up the parts availability and cost. The front wheel hubs had to removed and the sensors replaced, OR, they have an up-grade where the sensors are part of the wheel bearings. The upgraded setup costs more but the labor is less and you get new wheel bearings in the bargain so the total cost is about the same. Your choice! I said, I'll take the new wheel bearings. The owner asked, "When would you like to have it done?" I said, "'Tongue in cheek,"Tomorrow". He said what time do you want to drop it off it will take a few hours? I almost fell out of my shoes. I mean, I thought he was kidding around with that FAST response! The truck was fixed!!! Dan Plasse walked up to me with a radio knob, it was missing when I bought the truck. He noticed and said he would get one for me, two month's prior. These guy's honer their commitments, they don't forget a promise. More

I brought my 2008 Ford Edge in for service at Harbro. I spoke with Andrea who was very polite and cheery.
