Hello Laurie and Mike, I am truly sorry that it took that long to get your title.. I had just bought the vehicle 1 day before you decided to buy it so I hadn't paid the lease off yet.. Paying a lease off sometimes can take longer.. Again I am truly Sorry that all that happened.. As far as the price.. I thought we were on the same page with everything because we hadn't even priced it and I said around 15-16 and it ended being 15,995.00, Again I apologize.. We had the vehicle for less than 10-15 business hours so not all the procedures were done 100%, this rarely happens...
