I HAD A VERY LIMITED BUDGET SINCE I AM A SENIOR AND ON A FIXED INCOME. TONY WORKED WITH ME AND WAS VERY PATIENT. HE FOUND ME A GREAT CAR THAT I COULD AFFORD AND WAS THE NICEST PERSON TO WORK WITH. I PICKED UP MY VEHICLE YESTERDAY AND CANNOT BELIEVE IT IS MINE. THERE WERE A COUPLE OF SCRATCHES IN THE HOOD AND THEY HAD IT FIXED BEFORE I PICKED IT UP. IT LOOKS JUST LIKE IT CAME OUT OF THE SHOWROOM. THEY DID EVERYTHING CONCERNING MY PAPERWORK. VERY EASY. I AM RECOMENDING HIM TO ALL MY FRIENDS. THE GUYS THAT DETAILED MY CAR WERE ALSO THE GREATEST, VERY CONCIENCIOUS ABOUT THEIR JOB. IF YOU NEED A CAR AND CANNOT AFFORD A NEW ONE, HARBRO IS THE PLACE TO GO. More
I was looking for a basic 4 door with good mpg and a good price. I looked at a gold car with 63,000 fully loaded and was going to buy it, but the next day Dave called me and said I have a better deal for yo price. I looked at a gold car with 63,000 fully loaded and was going to buy it, but the next day Dave called me and said I have a better deal for you. They just got in the same make and year that had only the basics that I wanted and it had 28,000 miles plus it was a couple grand cheaper - SOLD! They were friendly and helpful and quick to get it done. I was stress free! More

I purchased a new scooter from David a couple of months ago and it was a great experience. David was very polite, friendly and never pressured me into making the purchase. We have been working with Harbro for many years. When it came time to buy a new Pilot again, of course we turned to them. Within hours they found the perfect Pilot with everything I had asked for, color, l came time to buy a new Pilot again, of course we turned to them. Within hours they found the perfect Pilot with everything I had asked for, color, leather and sun roof. Due to timing of a Holiday weekend shipping the vehicle would have taken some time. Our salesman Dave, on his day off, went above and beyond by grabbing another employee and they drove to NJ to pick it up and get it home.. Now that is what I call service. More

I went into Harbro's because I had an issue with my car. (rear reverse light needed to be changed, however, my back hatch to my car hasn't opened in a year and could not replace the light to remedy my faile (rear reverse light needed to be changed, however, my back hatch to my car hasn't opened in a year and could not replace the light to remedy my failed state inspection) A gentleman went out to my car to see if the light could be changed without opening the lift gate. It could not, so we scheduled an appointment. A few days later my lift gate popped half way open, and I figured I would take the care down to see if someone could pop it open the rest of the way for me. The same gentleman was there that helped me the last time, he went out to my car, and somehow got my lift gate open!!! I was SUPER psyched considering a broken light went from costing me a couple hundred dollars to less than twenty. The staff was super nice, Devin behind the desk is very friendly, it's nice to go into an establishment and be greeted with a smile! I went to pay, and the nice gentleman that helped me both times said everything was all set. Come to find out from someone else, the nice gentleman was one of the owners, Mark Hare. Very professional, friendly, knows his stuff and is obviously humble :) Excellent experience, definitely will bring all my future auto needs to Harbro! P.S. My neighbors have bought four cars from Harbro and they also bring their cars to them for all their auto service needs :) More

In my experience there is a lot of car dealerships around the world, but only Harbro knows how to respect their customers. The follow through with everything was very impressive. I was also impressed with the knowledge and availability the employees have at Harbro. I just bought a 2007 Dodge Caliber and I am 100% satisfied with this vehicle. The manager Chris knew exactly what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. His help was amazing. Harbro has a great selection of cars at both of their lots one in Northbridge, MA and the other being in Webster, MA. The prices of the vehicles are very reasonable and not high at all. I am extremely happy I chose Harbro. They made me feel very comfortable and did not get pushy to get me into a vehicle. I highly recommend Harbro when looking to buy a used vehicle. Katelyn More
