They knew what i was looking for and called me in to show me something that wasnt even close to what i needed...wasted my time!!!!! went to Harbro so stressed out and ready to give up on all of it but WOW..Tony and Mike were amazing! They sat with me and calmed me and we discussed what i was looking for...they made me a promise and i told them to please not make me any promises they couldn't keep but they promised me they were going to get me into a vehicle that was suitable for my lifestyle and boy did they keep their promise...not only did they put me in an awesome vehicle they went above and beyond in every aspect of buying a car..Harbro really cares about people and their needs! they were there to make ME happy and they made me very happy! I cant express my gratitude enough...I have already recommended Harbro to everyone i know and i will continue to recommend to everyone i meet in the future...great customer service is really hard to find these days but Harbro has it..they truly care!!! My husband and I went to look for a new car( just to test drive a few) when we found the Ford Edge Limited :).Mark was the first to greet us and show us around.We took the car for a ride and that was it.This drive a few) when we found the Ford Edge Limited :).Mark was the first to greet us and show us around.We took the car for a ride and that was it.This is when we met Mike It hadn't even been cleaned yet Mark had told us that the car had just came in. Had an emergency service transmission cooling line repair completed by Harbro in Webster. John took care of the initial portion and the guys out back (Dan and Matt) did the rest. I have purchased several vehicles from Harbro over the past 15 years and have been very pleased with their selection and and overall experience. Last week I was getting ready to leave for a vacation when past 15 years and have been very pleased with their selection and and overall experience. Last week I was getting ready to leave for a vacation when I noticed I was leaking fuel from my Chevy Tahoe. I called Harbro and spoke with Dan and John and they said I could bring it right up. After an on the spot diagnosis, John started calling for the necessary parts which would be there shortly. They got right on the job to replace my fuel pump and injector kit. Within a few hours I was on my way. Thanks to the people at Harbro I averted a disastrous situation. More

As usual, they go above and beyond what it necessary to take care of and satisfy the customer. The parts (front brakes) were not on hand when I arrived.
