This was my first experience with Harbro and it will not be my last. I worked with Chris Sargent and he was wonderful. Friendly, kind, courteous and always got back to us with every detail. I am so glad I took that chance at their lot and I found the truck of my dreams and he did everything possible to get me in that truck. They were so impressive that my husband bought his car there too while I was finalizing my purchase! Harbro seemed to go out of there way to make sure both me and my husband were comletely satisfied with our vehicles with no pressure ever to buy. Any and all concerns we had were all taken serioulsy and dealt with to make sure we were very happy. Not only did they make the sale go easy but to have them do all the leg work to register and get us on the road was awesome!! They do all the work!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!! I guess they really are trying to be as their mission states "to change the way people feel about used car dealers"! More

My girlfriend and I were put in a very tight spot when her car finally broke down and it was simply too costly to repair. She had a very limited budget (I stress the word limited) We tried going to the her car finally broke down and it was simply too costly to repair. She had a very limited budget (I stress the word limited) We tried going to the Big Dealerships located on the "Auto Mile" and were treated like a lost cause, no one would even attempt to help us get a used vehicle within her budget. It honestly seemed like all hope was lost. Finally we decided to stop in to HARBRO being as it was very local to us. From the moment we stepped on to the lot it was like night and day. We were greeted and immediately helped by Chris Sargent who listened to our story and actually cared about us and our situation. (I like to consider myself a wise man and can spot true sincerity when I see it.) He promised us he would do all he could to get us into a vehicle within our budget, and he did just that. He presented us with options and even worked with our limited credit to bring the monthly price to just where we wanted it. They even gave us an amazing trade in value for her broken down vehicle, towing it from the garage to their lot free of charge. That right there saved us much needed money to finalize the deal. If that wasn't enough they even gave us a rental vehicle free of charge for two days while we finalized some title issues for the trade in. The whole team really went above and beyond to make us feel like part of the family. I want to thank all of them for everything they did to make this difficult process go as smoothly as possible. I do not think we could have walked away with a better deal anywhere else. I highly recommend the team at HARBRO Sales and Service to anyone looking to get the best deal possible, and who want to be treated with respect and walk away feeling like they are now a part of the HARBRO Family. I am new to the area and needed my brakes done. I decided to stop at Harbro because it was very close and I had heard amazing thing about them. I walked in and they took my car right away, I expected to at l to stop at Harbro because it was very close and I had heard amazing thing about them. I walked in and they took my car right away, I expected to at least have to leave it overnight. In under in hour they had both my brakes done for less than what they said one would cost. Their ENTIRE staff was warm and friendly from their service technicians to the sales staff, even though I was not and had not purchased my car there. I don't think I will have my car serviced any ware else again. I would recommend Harbro to everyone! More

We were very impressed with Harbro. Mark showed us four cars that we liked. We chose the Saturn, which we are very pleased with. Harbro is a place where everyone is so friendly! I drive by Harbro (Whitinsville) every day, and had been checking out the SUV's they had on the lot. One particular one kept catching my eye. I went to their website to check out the stats and found 2 SUV checking out the SUV's they had on the lot. One particular one kept catching my eye. I went to their website to check out the stats and found 2 SUV's I thought I would be interested in. I contacted Dave Malo, and on a Thursday evening I test-drove 2 Jeeps. By Saturday morning I was driving away in the one that I chose...all the paper work signed, sealed and transacted! This was such a stress free experience..no pressure to buy at all--just the facts and how I felt about the cars I tried. In fact, Dave was the most UN-salesman salesman I every met, and that is a GOOD thing! I was comfortable asking questions. They handled the financing, finding the best possible arrangement. Also contacting the insurance company, and the registry..Thank you Jeff K.! I would definitely recommend the Harbro experience. More

My husband and I have been looking for a car for my daughter for a while now. After bouncing around dealerships we finally ended up at Harbro. The employees are very friendly with a cup of coffee ready for us and our dealer was very helpful. Harbro helped us work out a reasonable price and assured us of their 30 day buy back policy in case we were unsatisfied with the vehicle. I was very impressed by how fast we were able to take the car home and how they put on the license plates for us and took care of everything. The car runs great and my daughter loves it! More
