Owner and other personnel very helpful. Tested auto for possible repair of steering. After testing and inspecting car no issue was found and noise that we identified apparently superficial. Out of all of my purchases, I can honestly say I've only been displeased once, & in all fairness to Harbro, that vehicle was just a problem vehi yrs. I would recommend Harbro to anyone. If I had criticize them in anyway, all I could truly say is they should lower thier prices. I have been going to Harbro for years to have my older vehicle serviced and was always extremely happy with the friendliness of the staff as well as the service I received. When it was time to buy a new c vehicle serviced and was always extremely happy with the friendliness of the staff as well as the service I received. When it was time to buy a new car I already knew I would be going there. Purchasing another vehicle ended up being an unexpected and stressful decision, but once again, the staff at Harbro went above and beyond helping me make the process as easy as possible. Dave Malo was my primary contact and he was keeping me informed of everything that was happening as well as keeping the vehicle within the budget I mentioned to him. In the past, purchasing cars from other dealerships, I have always had a problem when it came to service. I had a problem with my warranty, or hidden costs, and even the dealership following through with have always had a problem when it came to service. After paying high prices for a vehicle you expect a little special treatment when it comes to service but my experience had always been that the dealership was looking out for number one and that did not happen to be the customer. In purchasing my first car at Harbro, I was pleasantly surprised by the immediate difference. I had a great experience in dealing with Karen Fitzgerald who walked me through every step of the way. I test drove my car with Tim Burrows and we talked about things that I might like looked at. I then spoke at length with Karen to speak about any concerns and I had total confidence that every concern was a priority on her list. I never felt awkward calling Karen to ask a question about my car, she was very knowledgeable and listened patiently and addressed any concern I had ...big or small. I was never rushed off of a call,or made to feel like I was less important than anyone else buying a car at Harbro. At Harbro, Karen made me feel like a priority every time I had a concern. All of the work done on my car was seemless. I had a rental that worked for our family needs, and the work was done quickly and efficently.
