Shady people. I want to personally call out Bryan McGarity. The 2021 Rav4 I purchased had active mold in the vehicle. Unless you are nose blind the rank smell inside should have been a clue for someone to say something! Never bothered to look into this. I know people had to have been inside this car. I even found a code reader in the back spare tire well. This is where there was standing water. They all stood there and let me leave with a vehicle that was a health hazard. Don't trust them with your life like I did. If you see Bryan McGarity know you are NOT talking to an honest man. I took this car to a dealership that actually traced the problem and did the right thing. Hardy Superstore is NOT THAT KIND OF PLACE! More

From the beginning I was not pleased for it was tough to get someone on the telephone to speak with. Once I was able to speak to Steve things went VERY well from there. Timing I’m sure is always a sensitive subject with all customers, so yes it took way too long, yet allowed your staff be relational which made my experience better. Steve represented the highest level of customer service and Lee was fair with my requests. My only comment for improvement would be to have more finance folks to improve the closing time to move faster. I arrived after three phone conversations, thinking we were ahead of the game. Yet it took 2 1/2 hours to complete the deal. Yes they were short handed which did not help but all involved were very courteous and apologized for my wait. My overall experience was a good one and my return to Hardy will be expected. I will also give my recommendation for Steve Garner to anyone I speak to. Thank you all More
