Happy customer with overall great experience Jack Dean has expert knowledge of the GM products and I had a very enjoyable experience making my GMC Terrain purchase with him. He went through everything with me on the vehicle and helped get the OnStar setup before I left the dealership. He has also followed up with me to see if everything was to my satisfaction--and it is. Very pleased I am extremely excited about my recent SUV purchase! My husband and I have had numerous bad expierences at other dealerships. Harry Robinson Buick GMC-love my new Acadia Tim Minks met us on the parking lot and immediately took me to view the type of vehicle I wanted. The selection was great with a lot of cars to look at. I found one I liked, went for a test drive and a couple of hours later drove off the lot with a 2014 GMC Acadia. Tim stayed with me through the whole process and gave me instructions on all the features so I would be familiar with the car when I left. He helped me set up OnStar before we left. More

Wonderful experience Jack Dean was friendly and very professional. Stress Free! I was looking to trade in my vehicle for a more family friendly car. Noel was very friendly from the moment we met. I never felt pressured to buy an I was looking to trade in my vehicle for a more family friendly car. Noel was very friendly from the moment we met. I never felt pressured to buy anything and he was more than willing to show me as many vehicles as I wanted. He made suggestions and asked what features I was looking for in a vehicle. He allowed me to drive, sit in, look, and experience many cars on the lot. When I found one that felt "homey" enough, Noel began the paperwork process and worked with my budget. I never once felt pressured to buy or settle for a price that I was uncomfortable with. What won me over was the fact that Noel was very honest with me from the start. He said it was only his second day but he had been in the car business for many years. He was also quick to ask for answers if he did not know them off hand. I appreciate honesty more than anything. Noel provided exceptional customer service that made my experience stress free. More
