Great Customer Service Highly Recommend. One time I had my car being serviced at the dealership and left my golf clubs in the back of car. I really needed them for a golf Highly Recommend. One time I had my car being serviced at the dealership and left my golf clubs in the back of car. I really needed them for a golf tournament and the dealership was closed-early Sunday morning. I was able to use Facebook and contact Renee and she was able to get my clubs out of the car for me! Wow! That was customer service. I have also had several other great experiences there and always professional and honest! I am going to have to buy two cars soon for teenage girls...where do you think I will be shopping??! Disappointed I purchased a 2011 Chevy Impala from Harry Robinson GMC in Fort Smith. I purchased my vehicle at dusk and was pretty excited about purchasing a vehicl I purchased a 2011 Chevy Impala from Harry Robinson GMC in Fort Smith. I purchased my vehicle at dusk and was pretty excited about purchasing a vehicle from such a reputable dealer. On first sight the vehicle was outstanding. I did not feel the need to take the car to someone to check it out because of the solid reputation Harry Robinson holds. My salesman was very friendly and seemed to be giving me a great deal on this vehicle. I was allowed to drive the car home that night. I noticed a slight pull to the right and did call to let my salesman know this the first thing the next morning. After having this vehicle for approximately 9 days I noticed a leak at which time I did call and schedule service. I took the vehicle in and was told their were several oil leaks and would need to be repaired. I asked also aobut the pull to the right and was told it was probably due to the bad tires on the front of the vehicle. I asked about replacement tires and was told i would have to purchase new tires myself since it was my responsibility to inspect the car. When I asked the salesman about the oil leaks, they told me they dont know how it made it past inspection. I informed the manager I had in fact mentioned this to my dealer at the onset of the purchase but nothing was done about it. I was again told too bad for me. I was really disappointed in the treatment I recieved. It seems like since I didnt purchase a BRAND NEW vehicle I didnt matter to them. I may as well have purchased from a buy here pay here lot. I thought since I purchased from such a reputable dealer I would not run into this type of treatment. Again I am very disappointed with the treatment I received from this dealer and will never purchase another vehicle from Harry Robinson again. More

In the last few years, My husband and I have bought 2 GMC Acadia's from this dealership....a 2011 and now a 2015 I've taken the 2011 in several times In the last few years, My husband and I have bought 2 GMC Acadia's from this dealership....a 2011 and now a 2015 I've taken the 2011 in several times for warranty or recall work and have been very pleased with their service and cleanliness of their business. This time we used Jack Dean as our salesman and he was great...he helped us find a great deal and a beautiful vehicle for us...very helpful and wouldn't give up until we found what we needed and wanted.
