All I can say is wow. I went to Hassett Ford last Monday and by Thursday I had my new car. My mom and I walked into the show room and met alex. The best car experience we've ever had. After recently buying from another dealer with the usual drama, I was pleasantly surprised with how wonderful it was to buy a car from Hassett Ford. Tom was a Godse buying from another dealer with the usual drama, I was pleasantly surprised with how wonderful it was to buy a car from Hassett Ford. Tom was a Godsend. SO laid back, not pushy, but very friendly. He reminded me of my father by the end of the buying experience and made the rest of my family very comfortable. He was even funny and we shared some laughs. The price online is the price you get (+taxes and DMV). No hidden fees, down payment & financing tricks, dealer fees etc. Plus we were still able to ask to get the price advertised down by another $1000. Even the finance guy was very nice. He offered us an extended warranty package and I let him, talk and then politely said No thank you, and that was it. No haggling. Highly recommend Tom. He's been working here for 34yrs and was not into any tricks, and was able to get my daughter into her very first car with a wonderful experience for her as well. I cant imagine going anywhere else and dealing with the scams and stress! More
