Not soon after, I had a very unique issue with my vehicle that required many communications with Subaru of America (SOA) in New Jersey. To make a very long story short, the management team at Hassett Subaru intervened on my behalf and brokered a positive solution that was amenable to all. I am happy to report that all is well with both vehicles. Hassett Subaru advertises with a slogan "Customer First". I have rarely seen or experienced any company actually practice what they preach. She researched right away and found that the car we were looking for was available and we negotiated very fairly on our trade in. We purchased and drove away with a new car within 24 hrs! I've never been so compulsive but I knew we were getting a good deal on a very safe car. She explained all the various safety features and options; a lot more than we had on our last car! For a senior it was a lot to absorb and she patiently repeated and reviewed them with us. We're in love with our car and would recommend Rae again and again and will return to Hassett when our lease is up. More
