"Pitiful with a side of disgrace and insulting" Most disrespectful arrogant no class group of salesman I have ever dealt with. Let me put it short and sweet, I arrived at the Hassett Ford Lincoln on Most disrespectful arrogant no class group of salesman I have ever dealt with. Let me put it short and sweet, I arrived at the Hassett Ford Lincoln on a Saturday at exactly 9:13 am. The website says they open at 9:00am, so I walked further down the facility to see a group of cowboys all in a pow wow, not even once acknowledge that I was a buyer looking to lease a new Fusion early because I had to be at work by 2pm. One of the cowboys looked at me and even smiled and giggled as if it were funny to him that I was a hamster in a cage to be laughed at. I waited outside in the scorching heat for someone to finally open the doors and not even apologize to me. I am guessing one of the managers, tall slender gentleman. He greets me tells me to let him know if I needed any help for I just wanted to look at the new Fusion myself and not be bothered. Well minutes passed and I couldn't find him. Not once was I ever greeted by anyone. I witnessed things I have never ever dealt with in all my years buying cars. Salesman walking around with balloons zooming right past me. 45 minutes of my entire time was wasted while I could've been signing for a new car in that time. So to close out my little experience at Hassett Ford, I drove to Levittown Ford right after I left, and in a matter of 15 minutes I was shaking the salesman's hand and two hours later I drove home with my brand new car. Word of advice to the company directors of Hassett Ford operation, pay a little better attention to your customers rather than flashing how nice and clean the dealership is. I would've purchased a vehicle from a trash can if I knew the service was going to be exceptional. More

With the information I had on hand I was prepared for what I believed to be a rough negotiation with a professional salesperson. I met John Fanuzzi and my day just fell into place. Mr. Fanuzzi is exactly what you are not looking for in a salesman. A quiet reserved man with an unbelievable knowledge of all the brands and models of the new cars as well as the used car inventory. After explaining what I thought I was looking for Mr. Fanuzzi showed me another vehicle and after hearing the facts and Mr. Fanuzzi giving me an in depth demonstration of the vehicle it occurred to me that Mr. Fanuzzi had a better understanding of what I was looking for than I believe I did. We discussed the financial requirements I was looking for and to my even greater amazement Mr. Fanuzzi found some new incentives that brought the cost cheaper than I had budgeted for. We did the paperwork and Mr. Fanuzzi handled everything from contacting my insurance company to making sure my new vehicle was ready upon my arrival for pick up. It has been quite a few years since I purchased a new vehicle and had really no idea what to expect. Mr. Fanuzzi made the entire process a amazing experience. My sincere thanks to a job well done. We worked out most of the details (price and features) ahead of time and visited the dealership to finalize the deal. It helped that we knew exactly what we wanted and the dealership had it in stock. This is our first vehicle with Hassett and our first Subaru and hopefully not our last.
