Better Than a so called luxury dealer Bought 2 cars recently. A certified 2012 Subaru Legacy from Hasset Subaru and an Audi certified 2015 Q3 from Audi of Huntington .Both cars are beautif Bought 2 cars recently. A certified 2012 Subaru Legacy from Hasset Subaru and an Audi certified 2015 Q3 from Audi of Huntington .Both cars are beautiful and that's where the similarities end. Our experience at Hassett has been wonderful, Audi of Huntington,not so much. We were treated like Royalty at Hassett, Audi of Huntington,not so much. We recieved a free first service and car washes from Hassett. Audi of Huntington, nothing but grief. Our salesman at Hassett was Aladdin F. Omar. He was wonderful to deal with. No pressure and a real great guy. He made sure we were happy with our purchase and I felt like he really was concerned with our satisfaction about the whole experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership if you're considering a new or used Ford,Lincoln or Subaru! More

Truck service doesn't know what they're doing I've brought my truck to Hasset Ford for three separate problems, each time I've had to bring my truck back at least two more times because they clear I've brought my truck to Hasset Ford for three separate problems, each time I've had to bring my truck back at least two more times because they clearly don't resolve the issue. I am pretty sure they just say they looked at the truck because nothing has been resolved. The girl behind the counter is absolutely rude and they basically point the blame on you and pretend "they are here for you." I love my truck, but I do not recommend these horrible people who work at this location. And I highly suggest you take your truck to another location, they are 100% an utter disgrace and humiliation to the Ford industry. More

Well she made my decision easy I came into this dealership while being indecisive over Subaru or Ford. After this experience, it was clear to me that Ford was the better choice.
