The only recommendation I have towards the dealer is to have a dedicated delivery area. Taking possession of a new vehicle in an active service lot, with children, is a nerve wracking experience. It's great that the dealership is so busy but, a quieter, less active spot would have been more ideal. Beyond that point, I would highly recommend not only Hasset but especially Tim if you're in the market for a new vehicle. Nice atmosphere, no high pressure sales gimmicks, friendly staff, family owned and a tremendous amount of vehicles to see. We hope to do business there again in the future. More

Unfortunately, I had a very poor buying experience at Hassett of Wantagh. After my initial meeting with the sales representative, I called the following day to set-up an appointment to test drive the veh Hassett of Wantagh. I left a voicemail but never heard back from the dealership. After calling for a week straight with no luck, I gave up and went to another Ford dealership (Hempstead Ford Lincoln, which handled things in a much more professional manner and ended up winning my business). Overall, the customer service was very poor and I would not recommend this dealership. More
