Obviously don’t care I’m a new resident to the area looking for service for my Tundra. Then I called the service department in which case the call went directly to voice mail. I left my name, phone number, and service request. The same thing happened. No response, nothing! So, I will visit one of the Toyota dealers in the valley on my next trip there. More

Best in class Salesman, Subpar MANAGER Would easily say MICHAEL UNGAR is one best salesman I've had the honor to met and deal with, its nice to have a salesman work for you and not against Would easily say MICHAEL UNGAR is one best salesman I've had the honor to met and deal with, its nice to have a salesman work for you and not against you, He did everything in his power to make sure I was happy and taken care of, I never knew a sales person could be so honorable in his profession. Now to the bad part unfortunately The sales manager named Bob just wasn't cutting it, maybe he was stuck in his old school ways but where I come from when someone spends hard earned money on a vehicle, you don't joke and not acknowledge the fact that we are putting a large down payment on a vehicle and the fact that he was willing to lose a sale over a 250 dollar difference and make me almost walk due to haggling back and fourth and keeping me at the dealership all day witch I'm sure no one wants to do , but overall I would not buy a vehicle unless I could guarantee that MICHAEL UNGAR WAS THE ONE WORKING FOR US!!!!!!! More
