Service was extremely quick and setting an appointment was easy. I would definitely recommend servicing your vehicle here. However, the pricing online was misleading. When setting an appointment it says the price for the works package is 39.99. When I paid my total was approximately $71. I was told the 39.99 only covered labor and that the 6 quarts of oil and filter were charged separately. That was extremely misleading and I was frustrated with that aspect. More

Hawk Ford went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was fixed. I was still having issues after the first repair, so they sent someone out the next day to pick up my vehicle to have it looked at again. was fixed.
