We generally take our vehicles up to Wauconda because they are long time and very good friends of ours. They kindly dropped me off at my chiropractors office and even picked me up when I was done. Very very courteous, very enjoyable people to work with. I found the service dept was very professional and informative. The tech did a full inspection of my vehicle over and above the oil change, recall notice and brake problem that I brought the vehicle informative. Took our 1 year old truck with 650 miles on it in for service because it would not go into gear. The truck was sent in on 12/12, it wasn’t finished until 1/5 2022.
