Hawk ford was great, my wife was on her way to swap out her car for my truck so she could get her oil change. On the way there she was so in an accident she was able to drive it there they really helped he her car for my truck so she could get her oil change. Service Manager Steve was excellent in overseeing an investigation into a persistent electrical problem with my Escape Hybrid and diagnosed the problem when other dealers couldn't.
