Typical dealer. It does not seem organized when you call and make an appointment. When you take the car in they don’t know why you came in even though you made an appointment. Typical that the price quoted and make an appointment. When you take the car in they don’t know why you came in even though you made an appointment. Typical that the price quoted is always hundred plus dollars or more over what they tell you on the phone when you make an appointment and speak with the service writer. Also, if you bring a personal check you can’t use it but you won’t know that until you get to the cashier even though you used a check many times before. The work performed is good and the workers are nice so it is just a typical dealer trying to stay open. More
