The advisor Kyle Johansmeyer handled the replacement of our air-conditioning compressor covered under our Ford extended "Premium Care" warranty policy for our 2016 Mustang very well. However, Ford corporat our air-conditioning compressor covered under our Ford extended "Premium Care" warranty policy for our 2016 Mustang very well. However, Ford corporate's process/policy in requiring a review of the repair and associated coverage was a bit cumbersome. However Kyle provided a loaner vehicle which minimized the inconvenience.
