Ian [and Paul] were great! Made an appointment to explore trading my wife's '16 Escape for a '20 Escape. We were all gloved & masked up during this crazy pandemic thing. Took o Made an appointment to explore trading my wife's '16 Escape for a '20 Escape. We were all gloved & masked up during this crazy pandemic thing. Took out a SE Sport Hybrid and really liked it. The new model is definitely a better car, 30-40% better MPG which is huge b/c she commutes 75 miles a day for work. It had everything her old one had plus a few extra features but not to a frivolous/overboard level. Ian [and Paul] were great, very happy with the deal. After some internet searching on the new model we made this our 1st stop because she wanted to drive this model first and since I bought my '19 Ranger from them last summer it was our first choice. Glad she liked this model so we did not have to start looking at other brands, etc. I would highly recommend HAWK. I've bought a LOT of new and low-mileage predriven vehicles over the years and they are definitely top-tier. ALSO great service dept. More

Terrible experience Very unhappy with the service I received. Felt like because I was a women I was being taken advantage of. The service member didn't even look to see Very unhappy with the service I received. Felt like because I was a women I was being taken advantage of. The service member didn't even look to see that I had an extended warranty. They were not very pleasant when speaking to me. I have yet to develop a relationship with this location because of past horrible experiences. Needed some service on my car and since this location is close to home I decided to try again. I will never be coming back to this location. Nothing has changed. More
