Great Communicaton Thank you Hawk Ford. I scheduled my service appointment on line during a weekend for an appointment first thing Monday AM. The service department ca Thank you Hawk Ford. I scheduled my service appointment on line during a weekend for an appointment first thing Monday AM. The service department called me when I didn't show up, I had had difficulty driving my auto into the dealership. Once they called me they offered me a loaner while my auto was being repaired. They diagnosed the problem and kept in contact with me throughout including the cost of the repairs. I do all of my service on my Ford with Hawk. More

New Tires I shopped all over getting prices for tires and Hawk beat everybody by at least $50.00. I was dealing with Steve Staub and he came into the waiting r I shopped all over getting prices for tires and Hawk beat everybody by at least $50.00. I was dealing with Steve Staub and he came into the waiting room and told me he got the tires for $40.00 less than I was quoted.The person that installed the tires did a good job and in a reasonable time as I waited for them.
