Yes, we finally seem to have resolved the problems with the commubpnications equipment on my 2021-Escape. after 5 visits. Steve was responsive, listened and got to the bottom of my issues. He doesn’t seem to be supported by staff of his same caliber. I hope you realize how valuable he is.
