I drove 1. 5 hours to get to this dealership, and it was worth it. Ryan and Shane are amazing people. Ryan went above and beyond to help me. This was the first of three dealerships that I stopped at on my hunt for a used vehicle, and the respect and friendliness that I was shown from Ryan and Shane is the exact reason that I ended back at this dealership two days later and walked away with a brand new 2026 Ram 2500. I would feel comfortable sending my wife and her mother here without me to purchase a car, and I know they would be treated fairly and respectfully. I bought three vehicles from the Dodge dealer in my town, but when I went back to look for a truck this time, the dealership was under new ownership, and they acted as if I was not worth their time. The joke was on them. I had money and great credit. They also lost a lifetime customer, but Hayes of Gainesville gained a lifetime customer. I paint cars for a living so I asked Ryan if he could get me a few pictures and send them to me because we all know what we see on the internet is not always what you get. Lol Instead he pulled the truck out, rinsed it off and took video showing me how it looked in the sun on one side and shade on the other. This was important because this particular red has 2 different color red pearls in it so the sun really pops when it hits it. Then he took a video of the inside explaining all the options that this truck came with. That is the kind of pride, workmanship, and respect these people have for their customers. I am proud to say I bought my truck from Hayes of Gainesville and I am a customer for life. I have told everyone I know about the experience I had. So thank you to all of the Hayes family. More
